I know that building myself a Facebook Fan Page might seem excessively socio-pathic, smug, insecure, boastful, pathetic, or [insert unflattering word of choice here], but It's really just to generate business.

Facebook should make better options available for those of us who want to network and trade, teach and share, but don't want to come off all ego-riffic. What makes this even more awkward is having to become your own "fan"...
